נוירופילין 2 (באנגלית: Neuropilin 2, ובקיצור NRP2) הוא חלבון שבבני אדם מקודד על ידי הגן NRP2.[1][2]
הגן הזה מקודד אחד מהחלבונים שמשתייכים למשפחת חלבוני הקולטן נוירופילין. NRP2 מתבטא על מגוון רחב של סוגי תאים. החלבון הטרנסממברנלי הזה נקשר לאינטגרינים של החלבון הטרנסממברנלי SEMA3C, של החלבון SEMA3F, של החלבון VEGF-A, של החלבון VEGF-C, של החלבון VEGF-D, של הציטוקין TGFβ וכן של החלבון ANGPTL4, כדי לקדם מסלולי איתות במורד הזרם.
NRP2 ממלא תפקיד בהתפתחות קרדיווסקולרית, הנחיית אקסונים ויצירת גידולים, דלקות ומחלות לב וכלי דם.[3][4][5][6] זוהו מספר גרסאות שעתוק המקודדות לאיזופורמים שונים (צורות חלבון שונות) עבור גן זה.[7]
